    Garforth Community Feastival 2024 – Stallholder Terms & Conditions

    1. Allocation and positioning of stalls is at the discretion of the Garforth Community Feastival
      organisers.
    2. All applications will be assessed, and we will let you know as soon as possible whether or not you have been allocated a stall at the Garforth Community Feastival.
    3. If your application has been approved, we will issue a confirmation invoice for immediate payment. Your stall is not confirmed until we have received payment and we reserve the right to re-allocate the stall.
    4. Stallholders who have not pre-paid will not be permitted to attend the event.
    5. Our market stalls are 10ft wide x 4ft deep and includes a plastic tarpaulin cover and clips
    6. Please keep all stock within your stall area to avoid trip hazards.
    7. Electricity cannot be supplied by the Feastival team. If you wish to make private arrangements please advise within 14 days in order that we can situate your stall appropriately.
    8. Stalls will be erected and available to set up from 8:30am. Please be ready to trade by 9:45am with all vehicles and boxes removed by 09:45am.
    9. Stallholders are required to stay for the full duration of the event i.e from 10am to 6.00pm, please only begin packing up after closing time.
    10. Stallholders must ensure that sufficient stock is offered for sale, as empty stalls detract from
      other stalls.
    11. The aim of the market is to provide a wide range of varied local food and drink produce.
    12. Stallholder application fees are non refundable, except where another stallholder can be found to fill the stall.
    13. Stallholders may only sell the produce stated on their application form.
    14. Garforth Community Feastival reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time by giving
      notice to the Stallholder via the contact details provided. This may be due to factors such as adverse weather or any other beyond the Feastival’s control.
    15. Stallholders are responsible for the insurance of their own property and must have public liability
      insurance to the value of at least £2m at the time of the event.
    16. Stallholders must submit photocopies of their insurance cover once their stall application has been accepted and have originals with them for inspection at the time of the event.
    17. Stallholders must submit photocopies of their Food Hygiene Certificate once their stall application has been accepted and have originals with them for inspection at the time of the event.
